The semi-finished products workshop "OLKHON"is a family production. Our family are residents of Olkhon. Now our products are sold throughout Irkutsk.
Our family’s tradition has always been to make dumplings and cutlets for the winter. Now we produce dumplings, cutlets and meatballs from our own meat:
We have earned the love of our fellow countrymen and since then we have never changed the recipe, nor added soy or flavor enhancers. In 2005, we opened a workshop equipped with the latest equipment.
