π Win Tennis β Table Tennis Practice Companion
Win Tennis is table tennis practice app for reaction timing, stroke repetitions, serve placement, spin notes, footwork commands, preparation activities, and simple daily logging. The interface keeps each area clear for short drills.
β‘ Reaction Timing
Win Tennis includes a visual reaction test. Start the test, wait for the central pad to change to the active state, and tap as quickly as possible. The app shows the latest result in milliseconds, stores the fastest recorded result, and counts completed tests.
π Forehand & Backhand
The stroke section in Win Tennis supports forehand and backhand practice. A timed round presents random Left, Right, Short, and Long commands. Follow the direction and use the +1 control to register each completed stroke. The screen shows remaining time, stroke count, and commands shown. You can switch between forehand and backhand.
π― Serve Placement
Win Tennis includes a serve placement exercise with four zones: Short Left, Short Right, Long Left, and Long Right. A target zone is selected, and you tap the area that matches where your serve landed. The app records accurate attempts, total attempts, and serves accuracy as a percentage.
π Spin Notes
Win Tennis provides a section for logging spin practice. Select the spin type you worked on and add a short note about racket angle, contact, trajectory, timing, or ball response. The app records saved spin sessions and note totals.
π Footwork Drill
Win Tennis contains a timed footwork drill with random Left, Right, Short, and Long commands. Follow each movement prompt and register repetitions with the +1 control. The drill shows remaining seconds, repetition count, and round count.
π€² Preparation Activities
The Recovery area in Win Tennis includes short timed activities for wrist circles, eye focus, and shoulder warm-up. Each activity has a countdown timer. These are simple practice prompts and are not presented as medical treatment, diagnosis, rehabilitation, or professional health advice.
π§ Water, Meal & Sleep Logging
Win Tennis provides manual logging for water, meals, and sleep. Water can be updated, a training meal can be logged, and sleep duration can be adjusted in half-hour steps. These entries are simple records and do not use sensors or automatic detection.
π Progress Overview
The Progress screen in Win Tennis displays saved data, including the fastest reaction result, total stroke count, serve accuracy, completed sessions, water logs, and footwork repetitions. The information remains available on the device. A reset control lets you clear stored progress.
π¨ Sports Interface
Win Tennis uses a dark indoor table tennis design with cyan and green accents, high-contrast text, table visuals. The opening screen gives access to stroke training, reaction testing, and serve placement, while navigation connects Spin, Footwork, Recovery, and Progress.
