After a recent required update the app is fully broken on Alcatel Idol 5s, the app opens but the login screen is completely unresponsive. I reported the bug to the bank and said the device is not on the supported devices list and they will not even attempt to do anything. While I appreciate that it is challenging to support a large number of device models, refusing to troubleshoot the issue is not appropriate. I would be more than happy to be a QA guinea pig to try to fix the issue.
