Ratings and reviews

I love this app! I have had Alpine Bank, Blackhawk Bank, Midland, Chase, First Ame Bank, and much more. They don't compete. This app integrates well with my phone and tech support is amazing! Fixes apply asap, can edit transaction details, no lag or delay on my end at all. Sorry for those who do not have a good experience. Transfers occur within their cutoff times. Going to Rockford/Machesney branch are great experiences :) 10 10 recommend them and amazing in app debit card control and alerts.

"Application Failed to Load" on startup, not even an error code to Google and troubleshoot. Not running would be a forgivable oversight if there was at least anything to go to the developers with but instead all I can say is "it doesn't work for me", and switch to a bank that can actually offer this basic service successfully. Edit: opened eventually, 3 stars assuming it stays that way. Still a terrible app rollout for a fast food place, let alone a bank.

This new app sucks. The mobile deposit doesn't work. Keeps saying can't read the photo even though I tried multiple times. Doesn't say what photo just a photo. What happened to Zelle? My Old Plank Trail app used to have Zelle and I used it all the time. I need to be able to send and receive money. Also, the pending transactions should say what they are not just "MC PURCHASE." I shouldn't have to wait until something clears if it needs to be disputed. DON'T CHANGE WHAT ISN'T BROKE.
