Every process takes forever. Obtaining the colour card took a month adding funds to the card takes 2 weeks. as of writing this review, I have not received my money to my bank account after requesting a withdrawl 3 weeks ago! Email support is not responding to emails. Phone support makes you wait a long time, the CSR do not have access to important details to help troubleshoot withdrawl problems It easier to deal with a bank and credit card (also cheaper). A great concept but poor execution

Not only is the app slow and the website clunky, but I genuinely can't even get my account verified either. It looks as though someone has to manually review your account, I registered and sent in my ID, facial recognition and info like 4 times, over 3 days, forgot about it for a month, thinking that when I got back my account would be verified. Well it still isn't š The concept seems cool but the execution is rubbish, I've signed up with Chinese banking apps that are better

The app is user-friendly, but the service leaves much to be desired. I use it to receive payments from US clients and I encounter issues monthly. Transfers to my bank take over 7 business days, and I've yet to receive the Colour card I ordered in March. I have called multiple times to report these issues, yet delays persist. This is frustrating, as I rely on this service due to our challenging banking system. Improvements are urgently needed for this to be a reliable alternative.
