Every process takes forever. Obtaining the colour card took a month adding funds to the card takes 2 weeks. as of writing this review, I have not received my money to my bank account after requesting a withdrawl 3 weeks ago! Email support is not responding to emails. Phone support makes you wait a long time, the CSR do not have access to important details to help troubleshoot withdrawl problems It easier to deal with a bank and credit card (also cheaper). A great concept but poor execution

6 Words – Best Caribbean Payment Processing System EVER I use it daily for my business transactions both on my website and in-office for easy and fast card payment. The tap-to-pay feature is a game changer and clients are always impressed with our efficient service. Also, the support team are so helpful and proactive. Wherever there's a minor issue like a client transaction not going through or a problem with the app or website plug-in they are always willing to help and follow up with updates.

Everything in the format and templates of the colour app is too far apart the concept was not well prepared, put together or sorted out. The process needs to be simplified because its present structure is complete confusion, frustration and setback. and it appears that no one cares to review the app to put all the registration information in place and the next button for loan application requests invoice etc. Simplify the process because there is too much unnecessary information in the app.
