About this app

With wirbauen.digital you document construction projects completely digitally, share important data with other project participants and receive up-to-date reports including decisive evaluations.

This app is an extension of the web application from wirbauen.digital. You need a user profile at wirbauen.digital in order to be able to use the app and web application.

Manage employees and create new construction projects in the wirbauen.digital web application. Import specifications (GAEB format) and record all work carried out directly in the specification. Receive an up-to-date overview of your company and your projects. You can see all booked working times, captured photos and work performed at a glance. Wirbauen.digital calculates the current progress and generated sales at project and company level for you and enables the export of daily reports, service bookings and working times.


Document construction projects digitally:

activity recording
• Post progress within the imported service specifications.
• Each item contains the unit, quantity and description as a long text.
• There is a clear identification of contingent positions.
• Comments can be added to each booking.
• Photos and imported documents such as plans, descriptions or instructions can be stored for each position.

Recording of daily wage work
• Document additional work that goes beyond the specifications.
• Record for yourself or for the entire column.
• Document exactly the working hours used.
• Describe the work carried out, materials and machines used.

Photo capture
• Capture revision-proof photos directly via the app or download them from the gallery.
• Document the work carried out in relation to the position.
• Record project-related defects.

Time tracking
• All times are assigned directly to the cost centers.
• Record for yourself or for the entire column.
• Work, break and travel times are recorded separately from each other.
• Transfer the working hours to the payroll department without any further effort.
