Our asset management system (inventory management system) – AssetCEO allows schools or institutions to manage various items efficiently and systematically, including asset entry and exit records, asset classification, asset verification, asset tracking, maintenance arrangements, reporting functions, borrowing It also has management, room reservation, and large-scale modification functions.

Fully web-based
As long as you can connect to the Internet, you can use the system. In addition to using it on a desktop computer, you can also use it on any mobile device, including mobile phones, tablets, etc.

RFID inventory
The system has built-in RFID related functions. If used with our company's RFID equipment, the RFID inventory method can be used to make the inventory work easier. RFID technology can also be used to trace lost items.

Maintenance reminder function
Expiration reminders can be set according to the maintenance period, and the person who receives the reminder can be designated to ensure that items are maintained in a timely manner.

You can use the Excel import function to record the entry, exit, reimbursement, etc. of items, and you can export reports in Excel format by location, item type, department, status, etc., allowing administrators to monitor items more effectively.

Barcode or QR code printing
The system is equipped with a barcode or QR code printing function. You can customize the required information on the barcode or QR code, such as the school name, department, etc., and export it in PDF format to print a large number of barcodes in a short time.

The AssetCEO mobile application (App) is mainly used by system administrators or administrative staff and can be downloaded from Google Play or Apple Store. The main functions include: receiving maintenance expiration reminders, browsing the latest information released by administrators, searching and modifying asset information, viewing assets that have expired maintenance, inventory management, inventory management (you can use the camera of your mobile phone to take inventory), etc.
