CHOOSE YOUR WORK
• Go online with one switch and pick the jobs you want: store deliveries, passenger rides and packages.
• Job offers come to you while you're online. Each one shows what you'll earn, and whether it's a cash job or already paid, before you accept.
• Go offline whenever you're done. Location sharing stops when you do.

EVERY STEP, CLEARLY
• Step-by-step screens for every pickup and drop-off, with directions on the map or in Google Maps.
• Rides start when the passenger's ride PIN matches. Packages are handed over with the recipient's code, or a handover photo when there's no code.
• Chat, send voice notes or call the customer and the store inside the app. Nobody's phone number is shared.
• Our team can send you a practice job, so you see how a job works before your first real one.

Shop at the market for a customer: send the price of each item, the customer approves it, and you buy only what's approved, up to their spending limit. You get back what you spend on approved items, plus your earning for the run, when you deliver.

• Add emergency contacts. Press SOS on a job and MetroGo operations call you at once, while your contacts get an SMS with your location.
• Report a problem on a job and operations step in.

GETTING STARTED
Apply in the app: add your details, your vehicle and your documents (such as your NIN and, for cars and kekes, your licence and vehicle papers). You can start once our team has checked them. Store owners can also invite you to deliver for their store as one of their own riders.

LOCATION
While you're online, MetroGo Driver uses your location, including when the app is in the background, to send you nearby jobs and show customers and stores where their order or ride is. A notification shows while this is happening, and it stops when you go offline.
