About this app

WisePermit is a private application for managing internal safety authorizations for industrial work, known as Work Permits or PTWs.

It is designed for site managers, field supervisors, contract supervisors, and maintenance teams working in industrial facilities.

WisePermit is geared towards the private management of operational safety in industrial environments. It allows each organization to manage its own internal work authorizations, according to its procedures, responsible parties, and safety controls.

The application is an independent operational management tool and does not replace permits, licenses, or procedures issued by public authorities.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Review your inbox of internal work authorizations, including their status and activity type. • View the details of each authorization: dates, responsible parties, participants, location, and notes. • Request the renewal of an authorization by completing the verification checklist, recording the safety briefing, and collecting the required digital signatures. • Request the cancellation of an authorization by completing the closure checklist and obtaining the necessary signatures. • View critical conditions, operational requirements, and isolation and lockout plans. • Attach photographic evidence, audio, and files directly from your device. • Generate the authorization PDF report.

WORKS OFFLINE

WisePermit is designed for industrial operations where connectivity may be intermittent. If you lose signal, you can continue to view previously synchronized information and record actions in the field.

Changes are securely saved on your device and automatically synchronize when you regain a connection. Pending actions are clearly identified with the "Pending Synchronization" marker.

OPERATIONAL FLOW

Follow the internal cycle of a work authorization: approved planning, validity request, execution, and cancellation. Statuses, observations, checklists, and evidence correspond to information provided by the organization that manages the platform.

WisePermit is part of the Wise private operational management platform. It requires an account previously created by your organization. Accounts cannot be created directly from the application.
