lately the app is crashing to the point where i can't even watch a single video to study. I had to study and watch the videos through the website. it's frustrating to have an app to facilitate studies and access to videos, but such app doesn't even work properly.

Terrible customer service. Cancellation policy is hidden behind an automated system that takes 24-48 hours. You can clearly request a cancellation and it will not be processed by the automated system. They force you to talk to someone. The company calls you from an unknown number speaking portuguese. If you answer in english they hang up on you. Had to contact credit card company to stop payment. Company reps hide behind terms and conditions instead of providing a prompt refund. Avoid!!

I've been study using this app, and my learn has been good with it. But, i think it can be better, in my opinion it need have one more option, the option "movies", then, will be perfect!
