This app is not for the translation earbuds. This is something totally different. There is nothing in the app about earbuds translation. Temu scammed me & gave the wrong app to download. Tried to make an account & got error message. ERROR: An internal error has occurred. [Billing_Not_Enabled]. So have to pay to create an account. Thank goodness these didn't cost a lot, maybe can use them as regular earbuds. Stay away and don't order anybtype of electronics from Temu.

It's supposed to be language translation earbuds, but it's actually ordinary earbuds, and you have to download an additional app for your phone (anyone with existing earbuds will be disappointed they can't use their own, as the app is linked to the purchased ones only). And it's not automatic have to press the button on your phone before the input language, and the translation appears on the screen (and audio in earbuds). Maybe one day in the future, earbuds will have this built-in!

Tried to install it. Directions say to download the AI cool market app. But that's not what happens. Nothing on my phone app looks even remotely similar to the description on this page. Absolulely no idea as to how to use the language interpreter or anything else for that matter. Even when trying to use the earbuds just to listen to sound, only one ear works at a time. I'll have to send the device back for a refund because no amount of research has told me anything encouraging.
