We used Faye every day of our trip, to purchase our E Sim, as a quick check to show the exchange rate in the country we were in, even to remind us when and where our flights were, if they were delayed, as some did and gate changes. We bought it for the travel insurance in case things went horribly wrong and used it for so much more. I would definitely use it again for any foreign trip I make.

I have rarely used travel insurance, but since we were going to spend 3 weeks traveling through Europe I thought it would be a good idea. We had no trouble until the last day when we found out or flight was delayed 4+ hours. Faye had let us know and got us a free first class airport club pass and we were able to relax and enjoy food and drink before our flight. I would recommend this service to anyone that wants the security if something goes wrong!

Used Faye for travel insurance for a 2 week trip. App was helpful when I added in my trip details. The app gave me push notifications if my flight info changed, allowed me to add pics of my trip documents as digital backup, pics of luggage in the event of loss, and provided an esim option I used overseas so I wasn't ripped off on my phone data by my home mobile phone provider. Also provided me info for countries visited. Fortunately, I didn’t need to use any medical cover. I would use again.
