Horrible app. Search doesn't work. Deliveries don't show up. In progress deliveries are from April. A joke for an app. You just need to wait for the rider to call you directly and/or get a notification from sender that it has been dispatched, because this app tells u nothing. Delete it and save wasting time. Ive had it for a year i think and it hasnt been accurate even once.

App is graphically good but not upto standard, please focus on accuracy and simplicity (MAP info is totally nonsense) One major and basic facility is missing as we see in international tracking apps. There is no option for entering parcel / product name / title. If you have 20 parcel in transit, no mankind on earth can remember parcels by tracking figures...Which tracking number is for what item...?

Worst experience. I have ordered several times from Clicky.pk and whenever they handed over the product to Riders, it always delivered the order late. And once they lost the item and they mentioned it in the tracking portal after 5 days. I appreciate your efforts in this team but you guys need more quality services. And now I have a pending item to receive, and it's also coming through riders. I ordered the item on 12 March , and on 15 March, I have a tracking mentioning "awaiting for dispatch"
