Stateful is the Android companion to withstateful.com for existing Stateful account holders. Capture the miles and receipts behind your rental business.

TRACK PROPERTY MILES
Record trips manually or start and stop GPS tracking. Review the distance, property and business purpose. Optional automatic trip detection runs after you enable it, with an ongoing Android notification. You can turn detection off in the app. Trips need review and may miss their beginning. Detailed GPS routes stay on your phone.

CAPTURE RECEIPTS AND INVOICES
Photograph a receipt or import a JPEG, PNG or PDF. Use on-device text recognition for images, review the details and assign the cost to a property. Keep the original alongside your capture record.

KEEP YOUR PROPERTY RECORDS ORGANIZED
Sign in with email and password, Google or Microsoft to connect to your existing Stateful workspace. Records save on your device first and synchronize with your workspace. Captured receipts are review records and are not automatically posted to your accounting ledger.

EXPORT YOUR RECORDS
Export mileage CSVs, receipt registers and a capture summary PDF. Create a portable backup with your original files. Backups are unencrypted exports, so choose a private destination.

An existing Stateful account is required. Manage your full accounting workspace at withstateful.com. Location permission is required for GPS trips and optional trip detection.

Simplified trip and receipt review. Recorded trips show saved From, To and Distance, with corrections available separately. Receipt capture supports photos and PDFs, optional payment, property splits and bank matching under More options. Improved handling of missing mileage and receipt amounts.
