The app alone is ok. Clear, never crashed on me , interface looks nice and friendly as well, however Securitax is another thing. First of all, you should never give your government gateway to nobody! A registered accountant will work on his own on your behalf, whilst these lot will file your tax return and vat using your gateway meaning that if something goes wrong, they'll wash their hands as it's on your name. Second, utterly horrible customer service and service along with their charges.

Does not open since update. Android gives error saying the app keeps closing and to send feedback. Uninstalled, deleted cache and data. Shutdown phone then started back up. Installed fresh again and it's still the same. Can't open app.

Have installed the app multiple times and the app does not open due to bug fix problem. No other way to get around this. I think this needs to be sorted by the app developer for an easy use if someone could look into this.
