MisionSF is a comprehensive initiative designed to organize, record, and ensure transparency in fundraising for the construction of a temple in honor of the Holy Family in Meoqui, Chihuahua.
The project is based on the following pillars:
• Technological Platform: It uses a digital platform and a mobile app that guarantee control, monitoring, and complete financial transparency in the receipt of funds.
• Organizational Structure: It involves several key stakeholders:
• Missionaries: Responsible for conducting home visits and direct contact with the community to receive donations.
• Coordinators: Responsible for supervising specific areas and monitoring the work of the missionaries.
• Administrators and Receivers: They manage the funds and control cash disbursements for authorized payments.
• Donation Control: It is based on a system of donation slips registered by edition and serial number, which serve as official proof of donation. No donation is accepted without the presentation of this slip. • Transparency Process: Every donation registered in the app goes through the stages of "In Transit," "Delivered," and "Received," allowing for a clear, verifiable history and real-time balance updates.
This project combines community faith with modern management tools to ensure that every effort directly contributes to the building of the sacred space.
