Know which item is ready for the next outing.

KitLoop connects reusable gear kits, physical items, return checks and after-use care. Build a kit for swimming, photography, the gym or another activity, then give your next outing a departure and expected return time.

ONE ITEM AT A TIME
Confirm how many reusable items you own and optionally name each one. Choose the actual items you pack and bring back. If one of two batteries is missing, the returned battery can become available after its own care; the missing battery stays visible in the original outing record.

CARE IN THE RIGHT ORDER
Give an item a sequence such as wash, then dry, or charge before reuse. Enter your own estimated minutes, start each stage and confirm completion. The app compares remaining care with your next departure and shows time shortfalls or unknown durations. Elapsed time never automatically marks care complete.

PLAN SHARED GEAR
Assign physical items to dated outings. See overlapping reservations and preview which earlier outing would lose an item before moving its allocation. Expected return times do not automatically make gear available: actual return and care checks still matter.

KEEP THE HISTORY
Each outing keeps its original quantities and names. Finding or retiring an item later preserves the earlier missing count. Review item events and linked outings. Existing kits remain usable; the app asks you to confirm ownership before enabling physical-item tracking.

KEEP YOUR RECORDS CLOSE
Works without an account or internet connection. Your kits and records stay on your device. Export a JSON backup through the system file picker and restore it after reviewing its contents. There is no automatic cloud sync. Back up before reinstalling or changing devices.

English, Korean, Japanese and Traditional Chinese interfaces. No ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases; the paid download includes all app features.

KitLoop records your checks. It does not locate lost objects, detect battery levels or certify equipment safety. Store purchases and refunds follow the purchasing store's rules and applicable consumer law.
