Dr. Weder, Kauta & Hoveka is synonymous with property in Namibia and this is another tool which our firm has implemented to ensure that property transactions are dealt with quickly, professionally and cost effectively. The app was designed to ensure that all relevant parties involved in an property transaction in Namibia can easily and effectively be assisted.

The app enables our clients to calculate transfer and bond costs as well as calculate the repayment of a bond. We are the first Law Firm to enable clients to digitally FIA(KYC) clients by onboarding them through our online platform powered by IdentityToday, which is accessed through the app.

We provide the ability to download a range of property related agreements and the contact details of all our branches(Windhoek, Swakopmund, Ongwediva and Grootfontein) are available to ensure that all questions are answered and all clients are assisted.
