Dear W-KING Support Team, I am writing to you today regarding a connection issue I am experiencing with my W-KING D320 speaker and its companion app. I have been trying to connect the speaker to the app, but it consistently shows a "Connection failed" error message, as you can see in the attached screenshot. I have tested the speaker with other devices, and it works perfectly fine with them, which leads me to believe the issue is not with the speaker itself, but rather with the app's compa

I just got my w King speaker and I love it! The app is pretty decent as well, no complaints. It does everything that I would want an app for a speaker to do. As I said on my review on Amazon for the speaker w King is now my new speaker brand of choice! As others have stated they must have updated their firmware because I had no issues connecting the speaker to my phone. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra on the latest update as of January 20th 2025.

there are no links in the app to connect one of the top of the range speaker (W-King X10) .. what's the point of spending so much money & going for the top of the range when the lower end models have more features.. it's actually opposite to how the other companies work when they actually include the app options to the flagship models compared to the entry level. W-King, sort this out please 🙏🏾
