TuConvite helps you organize company dinners, birthdays, farewell parties, weddings, get-togethers with friends, and any celebration, without spreadsheets or endless message groups.
CREATE YOUR EVENT IN MINUTES
Choose a template (dinner, company lunch, birthday, farewell party, costume party, retirement party, and many more) and the assistant guides you step by step:
• What's being celebrated, when, and where, with the address and a link to Google Maps
• The menu, with a list of dishes or a PDF menu
• The dress code
• The questions you want to ask your guests
INVITE WITH A LINK, CODE, OR QR CODE
Each event has a 9-character identifier. Share it via WhatsApp or any app, show the QR code, or send the link: your guests can join in a snap. They don't need an account: they can join as guests and link their account later.
ASK WHATEVER YOU NEED
Assistance, menu selection, table, allergies, transportation… You define the questions and their options:
• Single or multiple answer
• Limited spaces per option (for example, “Table 1” for 12 people)
• Deadline for responding
• Price per option, with payment method (cash, card, Bizum, bank transfer…) and payment deadline
GUESTS INCLUDED
Each guest can add their guests, and each person answers their own questions.
PAYMENT TRACKING
Guests mark what they have paid, and the administrators validate it. See at a glance who still needs to pay. TuConvite only keeps track: it does not collect or handle money.
ORGANIZER PANEL
• Summary of attendees, responses, and payments
• Multiple administrators per event
• Contact with participants who have given their permission
• Notifications to guests when something important changes to the event
• Cancel or reactivate the event as needed

You decide whether administrators can see your phone number and email address, and whether your full name or a nickname is displayed. Your data is only used within the app.
