Although my food was delivered in time...one item was missing I asked customer care.... they said restaurant had added they could do nothing....Food mandu was not available at night so I tried this...0% accountability from WL customer care... I suggest everyone to check your food item properly while picking up delivery from riders...wl is not going to help regarding any issue after they receive there payment

Lots and lots of issues. I won't mention some issues as I don't know if it's the fault of the platform or the driver. What I will mention is delivery fee is 2.5 times higher than bhoj and here the food tracking doesn't work as it's still showing food is preparing, the estimated delivery time isnt shown whereas bhoj does it very accurately and driver tracking doesn't even exist here. I can't give 2.5 stars so it's a 3

fantastic.And i recieved all my orders within 35mins to 45 mins. 9. Nice app. I think they are the first one that use Google map to find location. I don't have to go to main road to pick up the food. Tried from 3 different locations +1 for that.
