EVERY PROFESSIONAL IS CHECKED
Instructors and schools cannot take a single booking until FLOW has reviewed their certification and paperwork. The blue tick on a profile means we checked the certificate ourselves.
BOOK IN A FEW TAPS
• Pick your spot, your date and your coach
• Pay a 20% deposit securely by card or mobile wallet
• Pay the remaining 80% in cash directly to your instructor
• Keep the confirmation in the app and check in with a QR code

Message your coach before the session — ask about conditions, gear, or where to meet on the beach.
PLANS CHANGE, AND THAT'S FINE
• Ask to move a session to another day
• Cancel under a policy you can read before you book, not after
• Join the waiting list when a coach is away, and see a notice in the app when they are back
