Uldate to 1 Star. The App continously locks up and requests a reconnect through Bluetooth. Unfortunately, nothing works. Avoid this App until they work out all the bugs.. Great App when it works. Problem is the hearing aids show connection to my Android device but the App screen instructs me to reconnect. The only way to unlock it is to uninstall the App and reinstall it. They fix this and it's quite nice.

Will not connect to hearing aids. They are listed in the app but when I click to chose them it pops up a message that headphones are not supported. absolute garbage hearing aids if I cannot get the app to work. installed on multiple devices to test. same message on all. sent email to support. 7/22/25 7/23 no response from customer support 7/24 still no response

so you buy this product that screeches in your ears and then you're told to download this app to connect it and then app says it can be Bluetooth but not through the app. but you can't Bluetooth your phone to it without the all you just downloaded that doesn't let you use bluetooth. garbage product. controls are horrible "hold button to change volume with no indication whatsoever"
