The App always crashes. If you received an email saying someone has messaged you and you click the link on the email thats supposed to take you to the Apps appropriate menu to view the msg, it just doesn't. Been happening for years. And nowadays I don't see many job opportunities anymore except from the same companies such as NEXEA. Also, this App is more apt for candidates below 35 years of age. So, if you're mid 30's and above, stick to LinkedIn and Indeed...

stop auto-creating job alerts, it's annoying to receive emails and a hassle to keep turning off the job alerts after i view a job every time

improve your resume uploading process. make it easier. i cant upload and apply the job on the same day, some job vacancy is open just for few days. how on earth u want to verify a resume by 1 business day??..and for the uploading process , give the users an option to confirm the upload not simply giving an email just to let us know we need to wait🤦 people are moving forward, we are not using the same resume for every year or month
