About this app

MagicLoop Event Manager is the field application for event organizers using MagicLoop, Wobz's reusable cup and container system. Track your MagicBins (collection points) and MagicCarpets (distribution points) in real time, manage your inventory, and coordinate your team, all directly from your phone.

LIVE
• Containers distributed, returned, and return rates, continuously updated
• Hourly sales curve for the evening
• Sales by distribution point, from busiest to quietest
• All your devices at a glance: status, MagicBin fill level, signal strength, and battery level

YOUR SITE MAP
• Find each MagicBin, MagicCarpet, and stock area in its place on the map
• A marker for each area indicates the most urgent situation
• Tap an area to zoom in on its detailed map, to any depth
• Bars and reserves are highlighted in red as soon as a product falls below its threshold

TEAM-SHARED ALERTS
• MagicBin full, device offline, low battery, low stock: receive a notification at the right time
• "I'll take care of it": a taken care of alert is displayed for everyone with the person's name and the time, so you never send two people to the same place
• The read or resolved status is shared, The team sees the same thing at the same time

EMPTYING
• Declare "This MagicBin has been emptied" with a single tap
• Without network coverage, the emptying is saved on the phone and sent as soon as the connection is restored
• History of emptyings for each MagicBin and a complete list for the evening, day by day

STOCK AND REFILLS
• Stock by bar and by storage area, containers below their threshold highlighted
• Prepare a refill from the storage area to a bar, then confirm the delivery by indicating the quantities received
• Complete traceability: who prepared, who received, and any discrepancies

DAILY SUMMARY
• Distributed, returned, return rate, emptyings, alerts, and peak hours
• Top 5 MagicBins and MagicCarpets
• A morning summary for the previous day, easily shared with your partners

SETTINGS FOR ORGANIZERS
• Fill thresholds per MagicBin, per zone, or for an entire area Plan
• Low stock levels per container
• Team management and invitations via QR code or invitation code

• From a device's page, report an issue with a photo if needed
• Organizers track all reports and their processing
