Google Meet/Zoom settings
Meetings can be set by Google Meet and Zoom. You can start a meeting with the Quick Meeting feature. (Quick Meeting is under development)

Meetings and leavings can be scheduled in one calendar. (Google Calendar is under development)

Submission Files
Each user has each file folder. Digital signs can be added in PDF files. (Digital sign is under development)

General information can be announced with image

You can enjoy talking with others in the same desk group and cafeteria/break room

Attendance/Leave Management
Working start time and end time are registered when the user logs in and logs out

Short tweet (24 chars) will show for 30 mins after inputting comment

There are prayer rooms for 5 religions. Muslim, Catholic, Protestant, Buddhist and Hindu

Cars can be managed reserving time to use the car

Reward Point System
Point is added when user clocks in, makes communications with others. The point can be managed by your company.
