Localisem is an initiative of CECASEM and the Observatory Against Trafficking in Persons aimed at supporting the prevention and dissemination of information related to the search for missing persons in Bolivia.

The application allows users to access information about missing persons, guidance and prevention content, related regulations, reference points, and support resources.

Localisem compiles, organizes, and presents information for informational and guidance purposes. Some of the content includes references to Bolivian regulations and public institutional information. The analyses, recommendations, and content produced by CECASEM and the Observatory Against Trafficking in Persons do not constitute official state information.
