I only use the app for their EVSE charger. I wish it had a widget to start/stop charging. The app only controls their other Smart items. I agree with another post that it should have the option to track multiple cars. The lifetime reports are also not that intuitive and the information is limited (a chart, but no data points). I see the app is due for an update, also. Last updated in 2023? That doesn't seem like a good ecosystem. The charger is working very well.

The app suddenly stopped working. The Email address is no longer a viable option. Now I have to manually start the charge using the highest rates that SDGE charges, rather than the set schedule. Wolfbox made a lot of false claims that prompted the charger purchase & the app is a completely worthless "smart" device manager. Skip the products... the app is complete trash. Note: Wolfbox EV charger does not have a reset button, so stop prompting the wrong instructions (there is no blinking light).

the app is VERY generic and is just a mesh controlling app, meaning you don't need this app to use the wolfbox charger, meaning THIS app has nothing special for the charger and leaves you wondering if there's something you're missing. it works okay at beat, but when paying this much money, I want to know that the company that makes my charger isn't just using generic user facing garbage.
