About this app

Site Log is an all-in-one site management app for small-scale interior business owners (solo operators). It records the entire day at the site in one place, from measurements to settlement, and automatically connects scattered information. Data is stored on your phone without a server and is securely backed up to Google Drive.

■ Measurement → Estimate → Contract

· Entering space dimensions automatically calculates floor and wall areas, and the estimated quantity tracks the actual measurements.

· Profit, contingency reserves, discounts, VAT, and the distribution of payments for commencement, interim, and final installments are all reflected in the estimate.

· Instantly issue estimates, construction contracts, subcontracts, construction notices, and measurement survey reports as PDFs.

■ Schedule · Manpower · Materials

· Uploading work items to the Gantt schedule links supplies and manpower.

· Worker rosters (by work item), automatic calculation of daily work, half-day, and rest hours, and labor costs, and automatic generation of attendance and settlement messages. · Mark problematic workers or vendors as 'Caution' to issue warnings before signing a contract.

· Register materials and suppliers for selection from anywhere; track remaining materials from storage to disposal, and manage waste by bag.

■ Automatic Settlement (P&L)

· Labor costs, rental fees, material costs, waste disposal fees, and procurement purchases are automatically tallied.

· Contract amount, collection rate, and outstanding receivables are displayed at a glance. Upon completion, estimates are distinguished from confirmed amounts by today.

■ Site Log · Notifications

· Record meetings, construction work, and special notes with photos and audio. Material, manpower, and collection activities are automatically recorded.

· Receive advance notifications for tomorrow's supplies and schedule the evening before and the morning of the day.

■ Secure Data

· All data is stored on your phone without a server.

· Connect to Google Drive to restore data exactly as it is even if you change phones.

· Photos, audio, and IDs are excluded from backups to protect personal information.
