Up to a certain point of distance, Outpaint works very well, but even if you ignore how obtuse the cropping is and the lack of logic the further out you demand, there's still a big issue. Artifacting, every result, even with a PAID subscription, has artifacting, truly unacceptable to put in an image and have it come out visually worse no matter the size or whether you pay for a subscription after it claims "HD quality" results which are no different in anyway.
