Simple rules, deep strategy:
• The Clue: every number counts the gems hidden in the tiles touching it - nothing more, nothing less
• The Dig: tap a tile to dig. There is no undo, so be sure before you commit
• The Clear: satisfy a number and it clears itself off the board, getting you one step closer to the solution

New mechanics as you go:
• Big gems spanning several tiles - dig up every piece to claim them
• Locked numbers that stay silent until you unearth the buried key
• Crates hiding whole sections of the board, blasted open by a fuse
• The pickaxe, for the one tile you cannot crack
