I had an issue with my KYC verification: I received an email saying my KYC was approved, but the app showed a different/rejected status. I contacted support and received 1–2 replies, but I’ve now been waiting around 3 days without further assistance. I understand that technical/backend synchronization issues can happen and may not be the fault of individual developers. My main concern is the customer support experience and lack of follow-up. i have found a critical bug in the app so tell me where to report that bug with proof videos and after reported can i get any reward same like other crypto platform rewarding to report bugs or not let me know by a reply comment fastly. if i don't get any response from you i will publish those bugs.
