Overall it works pretty good, not perfect, but on par or better than many of the current translators. My biggest issue is that I bought the M9 offline translation model with the coin card for languages that has no expiration date. Unfortunately I changed phones and when I reinstalled the app, the coin card is tied to the phone and not your account oddly. Now I have to pay for translation because it says my card's already been used. I've reached out a couple times to fix with no response sadly.

Won't connect. It's pretty self-explanatory, there is no earbud code to connect the device to the system so they can't even use this app, if you would fix it then you would be one of the best apps that actually picks up translation over earphones while gaming however it failed at working after 2 days. Then would connect but could not connect to translating due to needing an "earbud code" which is not on the papers, pamphlet nor case. The scan code on setup instructions is literally irrelevant.

It seems to me this app is unfinished. I purchased the earbuds with lifetime offline translation. When everything arrived, I downloaded the software and redeemed the lifetime card. Even downloaded the language. Now when I try and use offline mode, I'm prompted to download again, even though the software at the top of the screen says I have a valid offline already installed. I even tried the forever card a second time to be told it was already redeemed.
