I am changing my review. I rely on Woocer to know when I get new orders. Today the app sent me a promotional notification using the exact same sound, which made me think I had a sale. Using an order alert for ads crosses a line it creates confusion and feels manipulative. Promotional notifications should use a different sound.

Sorry to hear that. Each app has a notification sound, and ours is the default sale sound. It is not on purpose to select that sound.

Considering quite some things are missing the subscription price is a bit steep in my opinion. Can't see when a customer used a coupon and the custom check out fields I have set up are not visible either.

getting tired of waiting for an update to fix the last update that puts functionality buttons off the top of screen on my pixel 10. it's been months. I've seen others mention this and the developer acknowledges knowing this is an issue. fix it and I'll change my rating. otherwise this app is not functional.

Thanks for your feedback, we understand how frustrating this experience has been. This issue affects only certain devices, not all users, and we’re actively working on a solution that resolves the layout problem causing buttons to be hidden at the top of the screen. The fix is already underway and will restore full functionality.
