If you put your bank card on the app, they will steel your money. They took money from my account and never added it to electric nor did I give authorization. I went to the office and al km they did was say this a good thing. No taking the money that I didn't authorize is a crime. The boxes were way better.

Every time I try to get on here to add some money to my count I cannot add it or it takes for ever or a have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to be able to update And to put money on my count. This is very dam Irritating

Total monopoly on electric service and they take full advantage of it. Electric always going out. Very unprofessional and down right rude. Terrible ppl that work there.
