About this app

Determine the equilibrium moisture content of wood in a given climate by supplying the dry bulb and relative humidity. You can also use the wet bulb temperature instead of the relative humidity. The relative humidity and absolute humidity is also calculated.

The calculation is valid in the range between the freezing point and 150°C. A sea level atmospheric pressure is assumed.

If you get negative values, then you have to raise the relative humidity or wet bulb temperature to get a realistic result.

This app is especially useful for those who work with wood and need to dry wood.

What's new

Now dry bulb temperatures up to 150°C are accepted. Between 100°C and 150°C a different algorithm is used.
