Just used tokens to play and earn badges...the game froze and when I finally got it back up all progress had been lost and had to start over again. Replaying all while losing what tokens, butterflies, and keys i had accumulated. I am on the 6th round so really can't complain but it does suck to get ripped off of progress. This really is a great game to play and have enjoyed it immensely

TOO COSTLY TO PLAY!!!! I've been playing this app for years and it's time to cut bait!! Just in the last month I've seen almost 100 of my lives disappear as well as credits I've earned for my club not entered in our weekly tally!! I've tried contacting those in power, explained the problems only to receive "the problem will be looked into" or "we will be in touch" but nothing resolved.

I have been playing for years... Your game is a mess. The same issues are still happening... I'll play for hours, and when I come back, my progress has been Completely Erased... I have been forced to restart over again several times over the years. YOU'VE DONE IT AGAIN! I WON THE COTTAGE FROM EDWIN'S COLLECTION'S AND YOU TOOK IT AWAY... GIVE IT BACK TO ME... NOW!!
