### 4. System Requirements

◼︎ OS Version
You must use Android OS 5.0 or higher.
** If you're using a smartphone with an Android OS lower than 6.0, all access permissions may be required. If you upgrade to Android OS 6.0 or higher, the permissions you agreed to in the existing app will not change. To reset permissions, you must delete and reinstall the app.

** If you're using a smartphone with Android OS 6.0 or higher, you can individually consent to access permissions by navigating to Settings > Application Manager > NH Investment & Securities N2 > Permissions.

◼︎ App Permissions and Usage Purpose
- Files and Media [Storage] (Required): Stock information, screen files, user settings, etc.
- Collection/Use of Mobile Phone Number Information (Required): Identity verification, certificate issuance/management, device information verification, customer service center connection
- Installed Apps (Required): Detect installed threat apps to prevent electronic financial fraud
- Camera (Optional): Take a photo of your ID when opening an online account
- Location (Optional): Check your current location when opening an online account or searching for a branch
- Permission to Display Over Other Apps (Optional): Use visible ARS
- Contacts (Optional): Link contacts when gifting stocks

** Even if you don't use the optional permissions, you can still use the services without them.

- To provide services such as customer verification and notifications, your mobile phone number and device ID are transmitted and stored on our servers upon login. This app displays informational or commercial mobile content provided by the caller. For this purpose, the phone number and app push notifications are provided to Colgate, Inc.
