Medication Log helps you keep a clear personal record of pills, supplements, and routine doses. Add the medication name, dose, taken time, optional reminder time, status, and a note. The Home screen shows quick totals and recent entries, while History keeps records in reverse chronological order for quick review.

Each history entry opens a readable detail screen where you can copy the summary or delete the record with confirmation. The My tab includes app version, package name, record totals, CSV export, native cache controls, dark mode, and an About note explaining that the app is a record and reminder aid, not medical advice.
