About this app

Worke turns work recorded in the field into clear information, shared between the person who works, the person who manages and the person who pays.

One single record of hours feeds everything else: the job report sent to the client, the quote, and the electronic invoice compliant with the European standard EN 16931. Nobody types the same hours a second time.

IN THE FIELD
• Start and stop a stopwatch on arrival and departure, or enter hours after the fact
• Record the location, the service and the client on site, from the phone
• Check your schedule and the work orders assigned to you
• Holidays and absences are respected in the calculation

• Validate hours before they can become an invoice

• Receive a job report as a PDF showing the work done, the date and the duration
• Accept or decline a quote in a dedicated portal, without creating an account
• Receive an e-mail receipt for every decision

EUROPEAN INVOICING
• Invoices compliant with the EN 16931 standard
• UBL, Factur-X (CII) and Peppol BIS files generated from validated hours
• VAT resolved from the issuer's country, the client's country and status and the service category: exemption, reverse charge, export outside the Union
• Client VAT number checked against the European register
• Sequential, gapless numbering assigned by the server
• Credit notes, recurring invoices, reminders and payment tracking

YOUR MONEY STAYS YOURS
Worke does not process the payments of your invoices. The invoice you issue carries your own bank account, and your client pays you directly. No commission on what you invoice.

SEVEN LANGUAGES
French, Luxembourgish, German, English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. None of them is a second-hand translation.
