Plan jobs and tours, track working hours and chat with your team. Crew Active is the app for companies whose teams work at a different site every day: cleaning, home care, construction, landscaping and winter service. The office plans, the crew starts and stops with one tap.

• AI Assistant: Ask about workers, jobs and hours. It answers in your language. For the office, once it is switched on for your company and you have agreed to it.
• Find cover: When a job has nobody assigned, the app suggests suitable workers. Assign, confirm, done. They get a push notification.
• Count kilometers: one way or round trip, the way you bill.
• Customer signature: After Stop, the customer signs right in the app. You can switch it off in Settings.

FOR FIELD WORKERS
• Calendar: jobs, leave and sick days in a week or month view.
• Time tracking: Start, Pause and Stop with one tap. If your company requires GPS, the location is recorded with it. Without internet, times are saved and sent later.
• Photos and receipts: Upload photos with a description to a job, photograph receipts and log expenses.
• Leave and sick days: request them right in the app, no paperwork.
• Documents: payslips and other papers from your company, always with you.
• Team chat: photos included.

FOR THE OFFICE AND TEAM LEADERS
• Job planning: create and change jobs with customer, place, time and workers.
• Tours, once you switch them on: plan fixed tours with stops in a set order in the browser. In the app you see each tour in the calendar, follow its progress, change the crew, skip a stop and start tours on demand, for example when it snows. Your team gets every stop as a job in the app.
• Workers and customers: all in one place, with an evaluation per worker.
• Approve leave and sick days. If a job is left without a worker, find cover right away.
• Kilometers and mileage allowance: set how they count and the rate in Settings.
• Team chat with your people.

What’s new

- Admins who also work shifts can link their admin and worker accounts and switch between them.
- After clocking in or out, the app shows where each stamp is: saved, sending, sent or not sent.
- Shifts that failed to sync are sent again, even after a long server outage.
- Clear messages when a photo cannot be uploaded, deleted or shared.
