About this app

ControlGate is the official Workges app for security guards and access control operators at corporate facilities. It manages the entry and exit of scheduled transport in real time, coordinates authorization requests with Central, and maintains a complete record of each operation, with or without an internet connection.

ENTRY AND EXIT LOG

It records the entry and exit of each driver with selfie verification and automatic GPS geolocation. If there is no network available, the entry is saved locally and synchronized as soon as the connection is restored, without losing any data.

DAILY SCHEDULING

View all scheduled transports for the current installation.

Filter and search by license plate, driver's name, or RUT (Chilean tax ID). Attach updates with text, photos, and documents directly from the details of each record.


CENTRAL AUTHORIZATION

Send exit requests to Central and receive an instant response via push notifications. By tapping the notification, the app navigates directly to the corresponding record to expedite the process.

EXIT CHECKLIST

Complete the verification forms before checking out:

text fields, drop-down lists, attachments, and images.

Data is sent securely even without an internet connection.

HISTORY AND TRACEABILITY

Each record maintains a complete history of updates, actions, and status changes, visible at any time from the details screen.

TOTAL OFFLINE MODE

Designed for environments with intermittent connectivity. Clockings, updates, checklists, and status changes are stored locally and synchronized in parallel as soon as a network connection is available, without interrupting the operator's work.

Material 3 interface with full support for light, dark, and automatic themes based on system configuration. Optimized for large datasets with lazy loading and smooth animations.
