FacilityGes is Workges' facility management app for field teams. Create work orders, complete inspections, and document your shift from your mobile phone, even in areas without coverage.

OPERATE
Create and manage work orders with category, type, and priority. Receive your assigned tasks and respond to them with photographic evidence and attachments.

INSPECT
Complete inspection checklists by facility zone. Each response is recorded with date, time, and photographic evidence.

REPORT
Keep a shift log: record events and updates with photos and documents to maintain operational traceability.

WORK OFFLINE
FacilityGes is designed for real-world field use: everything is saved first on your device and automatically syncs when the signal returns. You never lose a record.

MULTI-CLIENT AND MULTI-FACILITY
Working on more than one facility? Switch between clients and facilities without leaving the app and keep each record associated with the correct location.

ATTENDANCE CONTROL (configurable)
Based on your company's configuration, record shift entry and exit times with selfies and GPS location for complete attendance tracking.

FacilityGes is part of the Workges suite from Grupo Expro. It requires an account provided by your company: if you don't yet have access, contact your supervisor or administrator.
