DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The app is terrible. It's clunky and has a very bloated UI making it hard to find relevant info. A job can have a few lines of notes in it and it will make the text box so short that it requires scrolling through multiple lines to read it and making it easy to miss details. On top of that, it may as well be malware with the way it acts on your phone. You can log out and force stop the application and it will still push notifications through, any day and any time.

This app is an absolute MESS after the new update. The previous version of the app had issues, but worked perfectly fine. This new version is borderline unusable. The developers ruined the iOS version of the app a few months ago, so I switched to an Android because the Android version was still good. Now they've ruined the Android version with many of the same, unnecessary changes. Now both versions suck. If you're not already running your business on Workiz, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Most recent update has broken the pay screen entirely. I can enter in card information, but all text seems to be white on a white screen. The calendar update on mobile needs an option to opt out entirely. The original calendar had issues, but I was able to select and open a job from the weekly or the monthly calendar without additional steps or weird glitches. Although, the entire update feels like it was rushed out with no testing at all, and has been out for a week without any sign of change.
