About this app

Worktrips is the mobile app for employees of companies that manage business travel with Worktrips. Bookings, business trip claims, expenses and approvals – in your pocket, at the office, on the road and at the airport.

TRIPS
• Search and book flights, trains and buses, with baggage, refundability and travel policy compliance shown for each fare.
• Hotels with a map, photos, description and offer conditions.
• Car rental and travel insurance.
• Multi-stop trips for one or several travellers.
• Trip timeline with every service in one place.
• Vouchers, tickets and policies stored on your phone and available offline.
• Cancel selected services.
• Traveller profile and travel documents (ID card, passport) kept in the app and picked for each trip.

AI ASSISTANT
Say or type where and when you are going – the assistant prepares the trip and searches for offers. It also helps you fill in business trip requests and expenses. Voice dictation in five languages.

BUSINESS TRIP CLAIMS
• Domestic and international business trip requests, with an advance in the trip's currency.
• Settlement: per diems adjusted for provided meals, border crossings, mileage, costs and expenses.
• Plan the travel straight from the business trip request.
• Live status of requests and settlements.

EXPENSES
• Take a photo of a receipt or invoice – the app reads the document's data.
• Pick invoices from KSeF, the Polish national e-invoicing system.
• Company card, bank transfer, BLIK and other payment sources.
• Split a cost across cost centres and categories, with limit information.
• Group expenses and submit them for settlement, also as part of a business trip.

APPROVALS
Approvers accept, reject or send back for correction trips, business trip claims and expenses on their phone, with full details and policy compliance at hand. The approver's note reaches the traveller.

CONVENIENCE AND SECURITY
• Sign in with your company account, with fingerprint or face recognition.
• Switch between companies if you work for more than one.
• Polish, English, German, Romanian and Russian.
• Light and dark mode.

PLEASE NOTE
The app is for companies that use Worktrips. Accounts are created by your employer – you cannot sign up in the app. Available features (e.g. expenses, business trip claims, car rental) depend on your company's settings.
