Total scam....another app that says it won't charge anything, but then tries to steel 39.99$ out of your account.....stay away from this one...

Horrible! This is nothing but junk. It wants every personal permission and then doesn't do anything after you grant those permissions. Dont waste your time! It didn't even have a significant reaction when I placed my phone up against a 240 volt wall mounted power outlet.
