Ive never had to use such a badly built app before. 1st try ordering food, went through selection and when submitting order, asked me to create an acct so I created one. Then my order disappeared for no reason. Dont know if it went through or not. 2nd try, looked like it went through but never delivered. Waited all night no food Got cancelled the next day. 3rd try wouldnt even go through. Kept saying error. Tried different cards and different delivery times. Still no luck. No Help menu anywhere.

Only place online to see the menu. (The company website doesn't work on browser or mobile.) Ordering does not work. Got as far as order confirmation, then it could not confirm the order. Best option is to download app to see the menu, then call the hotline to place an order with a human being. (Based on my one experience 12.11.2021)

App doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, loging out and back in, and changing the location. All I get is a blank page under the "find a location"
