This app has fundamental problems. It is missing many items that the store regularly carries. So I have to enter notes in the substitution box asking for what I actually want. Luckily the people shopping are real Bowl employees, so they know what to look for. However! If you have to change between Delivery and Pickup, or if you need to edit your cart, or if the app just feels like it, as was the case for me today, the notes go away and you are left receiving items you didn't want.

Spent an hour putting a cart together, tried to check out with different cards, and it just says "Error" and refuses to check out. No description of the error whatsoever. What a horrible fail.

Useful for grocery pick ups not so much for picking up lunch. I work in the area and would pre-order lunch on the reg but the $20 minimum precludes this.
