My daughter is 8 and she loves it. her primary language is English, and she speaks spanish as a 2nd language. dex in 2 days has already, greatly improved her knowledge of more obscure words in Spanish and she loves playing the games. She already asked if she could learn Korean or Japanese next. As a parent, it's a pretty cool device, definitely recommend.

its a great learning tool. its pretty glitchy at times. my son gets really frustrated when he says words correctly and it thinks he didnt. ill even help by saying the word to try and make it move on and still it wont work so ill just exit it and try again with something different. Also it could ask to hear the word red, for example, and i can say ball and itll think thats correct.... like i said, glitchy. if not for that it would be amazing. its pretty pricey for it to be as glitchy as it is.

This camera/device has been such an improvement in our language learning. I highly recommend this to anyone who would like to have a fun way to introduce a new language to their children. my 2 boys love it, and I find myself using it as well to improve my own language skills.
