WorldFirst's service is very good. Their customer service is also good, and the money transfer process is simple and straightforward. Providing local currency accounts is especially helpful, and creating a convenient way to send and receive money in different currencies is a great advantage for international trade and transactions. However, the app and web need to be improved, sometimes it is very difficult and very slow when it needs to be. We expect better things and adjustments in the future.

A very disappointing experience with this app. It repeatedly asks the same questions and requests documents over and over without any progress. The process is inefficient and gives a clear impression of discrimination. I do not recommend it at all — a completely failed company by all standards

This is a SCAM company - Don't use it!. 85$ was sent to me successfully and I have the receipt , but they took it - didn't appear in my account Made many report but no reply , only for "Maren Mumu" from Whatsapp to say the transaction wasn't successful, after I threatened to write a negative review and file a report. But unsuccessful when I have a receipt? not reversed, no refund! its getting to 2weeks and I promise to keep writing negative review and file a report until google acts on it
